Union membership means different things to different people. But for the IBEW Local 2330 members, it includes these benefits, to mention a few:

  • Medical coverage
  • Better wages
  • Better working conditions
  • Workplace safety
  • Workplace respect
  • Workplace productivity
  • Workplace representation
  • Training
  • Social networking
  • Team building
  • Pension for retirement
  • Counselling for addictions
  • Annual pay increases
  • A chance to work on some of the largest projects in North America
  • Accident & Life Insurance

The IBEW secures work under our collective agreements that translate into good paying work for you. We strive to keep your concerns and suggestions for improvement front and center. Every decision that we make is based on your needs. Everything we do is for your benefit and the general good of every member.

From the day you join the IBEW, we are there for you. More than to help you make a living, but to make a way of life that is happy, healthy and busy. We will always be there for you and your family providing benefits through to retirement.

These benefits are proof that your Union is here for you. And they apply equally to every member because every member is equal.

They deal with any issue or concerns you have on the jobsite or with your employer.
