S.A.L.T. AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and entered into this Day of , 2003 by and between IBEW Local Union # 2330 and Brother/Sister Card No. For the purpose of establishing the requirements of and procedures for members who are approved by IBEW Local 2330 as Salted members for specific Non-Union Electrical Contractors that the Local has designated for Organizing.

The above mentioned Brother/Sister agrees to be under the strict supervision of the Local Union for referral to a Non-union Electrical Contractor, for being required to report back to the Local’s Business Manager on a weekly basis, for being required to carry out his/her organizing assignments and for being required to terminate his/her employment on a Salted Job immediately upon the Union’s termination of it’s organizing campaign on that particular Non-union Electrical Contractor. Upon being notified of the Union’s termination of it’s Organizing Campaign each “Salted employee shall terminate his/her employment on the job immediately.
